*A hollow cross differs from a regular solid cross in that it is constructed of 2 thin outer layers soldered together.  This creates a product with a hollow center that is lighter in weight than a comparably sized regular cross while retaining a similar appearance.  In fact, a hollow cross has slightly more dimension than a regular cross.  This reduction in weight creates a product that is about 40% less expensive than a regular solid cross.
